Gowns -
Deposit: 50% at time of ordering. Balance due within 30 days of receive date. All deposits are nonrefundable. Orders take 2-6 months. If order is shipped early the balance is still due as stated.
Internet Pricing: 15% off with payment in full. Must remove garment from the store within 10 days of receive date. No alterations.
Plus Size: $5 charge for size 16-20. $20 charge for size 22-30 ($30 for Bridal)
Alterations: All balances must be paid before any alterations. All alterations and fittings are by appointment only.
Tanya's : not responsible for size changes after ordering. Not responsible for any garment after 90 days.
Cancellation: All sales are final. Once order is placed with manufacturer it cannot be cancelled. 15% cancellation fee for orders cancelled before placing with manufacturer.
Tuxes -
Deposit : $25 deposit per tux is required upon ordering. Full payment is expected when tuxedo arrives.
Sizing : Although we make every effort to provide a perfect fit the first time, adjustments may be necessary. If for any reason you would change in size, please arrange to be re-measured 2 weeks prior to the occassion date. Any replacements due to size change will result in additional fee.
Pick Up : Arrangements should be made to try all pieces on so proper adjustments can be made. It is important you make these arrangements as soon as possible to prevent extra shipping costs.
Cancellation : All sales are final. Once an order is place with the tuxedo company it cannot be cancelled. Orders cancelled before it is placed with the tuxedo company will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.
